That gives me the impression that it's a type of pneumonia bactieria, or such, that is really small and possibly gives you a high fever, or something like that, but that's the best i can come up with for the meaning *goes to wikipedia to look it up*

Well, I just looked it up. it's a disease pertaining to the inhalation of silica dust in volcanoes (bascially pneumonia enduced by volcanoes) and is more commonly reffered to as Black Lung Disease.
