I don't feel like they should rush, if she wants to release the single in November she can wait a little while, there are two types of announcement of a lead single: Either you announce it and release it the same day or in the following days, or you can announce it and then release it few weeks after that. In my opinion the latter is riskier, because sometimes the song kinda loses the hype it got when it was announced.

The thing is that she hasn't even announce that there is a single coming out soon!! she needs to create the hype first and then if she wants to release it the same day of the announcement there would already be a lot of people waiting for it. Tbh I don't think releasing a Brand New Single all of a sudden is the right move for her career. When she establish herself as a Massive artist she could do it eventually!
