After the chuunin exam Naruto gets a little slow, BUT Naruto Shippuuden is fantastic all the way through. except now with this slow moving arc

The fact that they changed Naruto's opening not too long ago, showing some epic ass scenes of the war, only to announce that they were going for a filler arc to celebrate its 500 episodes is really bothering me

I'm assuming it's an excuse for the anime team to get ahead on the relevant episodes. I don't think as much effort is put into fillers.

Which, while annoying as hell, is probably good in the long run.

I havent been up to date on the anime for Naruto but isnt the filler only a few episodes and then goes back to the storyline? At least it wont be some 25 episode ><

The best anime, these last episodes were soo great, and soo emotional. This week Erza and jellal kissing scene, last week Lucys flashback

I think they will go to the next arc. I mean with the glacial pace of every one piece arc (50 episodes per arc ) how dare they put out fillers There's no way the anime will catch up.
