I'm glad they included Justin Bieber in the chart tbh. His album is the same as Rihanna's, 2 or 3 dance-pop songs, and the rest urban-pop, and if he was black, he'd be considered R&B/hip hop no problem. He's certainly more deserving of being there than Flo Rida.
