At the end of the day, its STILL speculation and hearsay. How was Lance the ONLY one to not test positive, yet everyone else did? And well over 500+ tests, not one of them negative. Blood boosting have been around since the 80's, and the tests have never been reliable, You dont think that if he wouldve at LEAST had a false positive once between 2000 and 2002? Like I said, show me a failed test, or miss me with all that.
