According to The Sun, Tulisa recently met up with Dappy and Fazer to discuss reforming next year but they apparently told her it wouldn't happen.
Entertainmentwise has since been in contact with Tulisa's rep, who has denied that the story has any truth to it.
In a statement they said: ''Dappy and Tulisa met up recently to discuss an N-Dubz reunion which went very well. It’s completely untrue that Dappy and Fazer have said no to the band getting back together.
All three members are still 100% supportive of N-Dubz and have all publically stated their intention to reform for an album in the future''.
Reports emerged this morning that Dappy and Fazer weren't interested in getting back together.
It follows on from claims that Despite becoming a Saturday night favourite, Tulisa's solo career hasn't been all that successful.
After her debut single' Young' topped the charts in April, her second single failed to reach the top ten and with her debut solo album The Female Boss out next month it is unclear how well it will do.
A source told the paper: “Tulisa thinks N-Dubz would be bigger than ever following her exposure on the X Factor but her old bandmates just aren’t interested. Dappy and Fazer want to continue doing their own thing.
“They know Tulisa’s solo career isn’t going great and she’s realised she’s bigger as part of N-Dubz than on her own.
“Her record company are nervous after her last single and fear it could be over for her after one album.
“They blame the controversy that’s dogged her since she went off on her own.”
It would be good for all of them because they all seem to be under performing even though fazer had the best song he flopped worse than Tulisa and Dappy
