If someone else had done it, no one would have cared but they're out to get you so ofc no one cares bout it. Discussing any type of clothing is not graphic. What's next? People getting banned for telling what brand of socks they wear?

If something is rated PG-13 is allowed to have the "f-word" ( and all those other words you used) twice. So your argument of words Vs imagery irrelevant.

PG-13 movies allow breasts in a non sexual context, what the **** is your point?
This website is not for small children. It's for people aged 13+ at the MINIMUM. And let's be honest, 13 year olds know a lot more than our advertisers would like to believe.

I think the avi should be changed. If anyone posted it as a still image on a thread without the warning tag, they would get a point .

No. In a word you don't get to see anything. A child can read almost anything - the things which are too mature for them will simply go over their head. It's also trivially easy to stop reading a word if you don't like it, whereas you can't turn off your eyes in a MA15+ gif.
