Far too early to say. I think that 21 is the album that "deserves" to break that record, but whether it will do so is something we can't know for a long time.
On an impressive note though, 19 has spent 157 wks on the BB200 so far, and is still inside the top 100 at present. It has a chance of reaching 200 wks.
