It didn't sell that much at first. It just barely made platinum not to long ago.

If I remember correctly, Jive didn't submit it. I think it could've got a Dance/Electronic album nod and possibly win, same for Gimme More, although they would probably have sent both to Pop...

Pop Grammy voters will only nominate albums which smashed. Plus Blackout fitted the Dance category perfectly.
