Nope unfortunately if its in your genes you really have to see a derma. It was my problem as well during my highschool and early college days. I kind of grew out of it after highschool nawala na sila and right now im flawless. XD

I dont wanna go to derma just for consultation. I think its a waste of money. Acnes arent really a huge problem but whenever I lack sleep, that's when acne breaks out and I hate it.
