Re-plan an era which flopped or didn't do as well as it could have done...
Here is mine: PF:RR...
First of all, it would be called 'Pink Friday: Roman
Revoked', because the 'reloaded' part makes it sound like a re-release. The album would be released in June 2012, after two singles. There would be a tour, but no mini PF Tour, just the PF:R Tour which would start in October 2012 with arenas. The mini PF Tour (which Nicki went on over the summer) would be scrapped in favour of more promo of the second single (VVV).
The singles...
1.) Starships... released in Feb 2012, pretty much same tactics as before, just with the video being filmed and released sooner.
2.) Va Va Voom... released in June 2012, right before the album's release. It is the perfect summer smash, would have gone to #1 WW. LOADS of promo for this to cement her status as a 'major pop girl'.
3.) Pound the Alarm... released in September 2012, just before the PF:R Tour kicks off. Some promo for this in Sep, but most promo takes place whilst touring.
4.) Beez in the Trap... released in December 2012, the first non-pop single released. Promo over Christmas in the US (we wanna get that US top 10 with a hip-hop single). Performed at Grammys and PCAs.
5.) Marilyn Monroe... released in April 2013, worldwide single, promoted at international awards shows. First pop-ballad from the album.
6.) Whip It... released in July 2013, worldwide smash single, promoted everywhere, perfect summer anthem.
7.) I Am Your Leader... released in October 2013... final single, promoted mainly in the US, to leave fans with authentic, hip-hop sounds.
This is what the discogiraffe on Wiki would look like...
Coming for KP's wig.
