I'll post some screenshots quick but if you have a cellphone just COPY (DONT SAVE) a gif, and paste it in a text and if you do it correctly it should move.

My iPhone sends them fine, but my android friends can see them just fine!

I just found out yesterday morning when my friend texted me a gif that said twerk or treat and it moved

****. I know my droid friends can see them move, I think the person who sent me a twerk or treat gif has a Galaxy S3.

Maybe try saving then, we'll see if that works instead. I know that copy+paste only works for iPhone, I assumed it would be the same for android
