I try to at least 6 days a week for an hour, it's so hard to be motivated though when you see those guys who effortlessly pick up weights and are all shirtless with their 6 packs just hanging out
DDR is my redemption, without it I wouldn't move at all.
And I love sports, just hate the fact that when I go, for example my fav sport, swimming I have to be half naked in front of bunch of people, it's the worst thing ever.
Same goes for locker rooms in the gym
4-5x a week. About an hour a day. It's helped tremendously. Went from 305 lbs (in March 2011) down to a solid 215 (as of now). I'm around my goal, so my visits aren't as frequent as they used to be.
