When this first came out, everyone yelled "FACEBOOK KILLAH" "TWITTER KILLER" but I knew no such thing was going to happen. Google+, although it was very pretty + had nice UI elements, wasnt very much different from the competition. I knew that when Facebook released something like Groups and expanded upon it that Google+ wouldnt really have any pointers for itself. The only thing people still use it for is Google+ Hangout (since group video isn't really as huge as it should be) so once Skype takes its foot out of its ass and makes it free, then that wont be as big of a deal either. Speaking of Group video, I think that needs to become more of a thing tbh.
