So, I went on a hunt last night to find a lot of my old avi's and thus built my portfolio a bit better for Best Dressed! Please nominate kitten**** in any or all of the categories listed below:

- Best New Recruit
- Most Intelligent (Navy U.)
- Best Navy Hybrid (Beyoncé & Nicki)
- Best Dressed Navy
Missing a few but here's what I can provide again.
Make sure your submissions for New Recruit are actually New Recruits. Look for their sign up dates and DOUBLE CHECK.
Same goes for Best Breakthrough. *Hint: Think 2011 and back. But not the late 2011s (Oct-December) that are eligible for Recruit.
If I see anymore bad ballots with ppl who are not eligible for that category.. they will get no points so make sure you double check.

And yes, categories with (***) U cant submit anything for them. If you do, they wont be counted as those are decided by the committee.
