if you really feel like you cant do neither PM us. But its preferred to either do Twitter or Email since its easier for us to tabulate the ballots because it wont be jumbled up with non Navy Awards ATRL PMs.

Man Down posted the thread and if anything else you can use my Blogs as a source to see who's eligible and who's not. The only conflicting thing is whether or not a member is eligible for Best Breakthrough or Best New Recruit. You can never be eligible for both awards and some people are not eligible for either like me, Man Down, Last Boy on Earth etc.
