Luke only produced 5/12 songs on the album. Red One produced more songs than that on The Fame and produced a greater percentage of the songs on The Fame Monster.
Talking about sounding robotic, the only song Katy sounds at robotic is E.T. compared to Poker Face, Judas, etc.
