It's just the pre-Top 10 'curse'. Songs always slow down at this point, just before hitting the Top 10 (on Pop obvs), then pick back up again. K$ also had similar updates a few days ago. Nothing to worry about.

This is actually good. She needs to peak on all formats at the same time.

I wouldn't say it is flopping. It is getting spins steadily and that's what matters. It is not gaining so much AI anymore, because for the low amount of spins the song has, Diamonds has already big pop AI. Basically it is in the process of some "ballancing". Look for example at Enrique's song. It has 300 spins more than Diamonds but 2M lower AI.
When Diamonds gets more spins, it will rise on AI again.
