I don't watch Disney Channel anymore, but I DO use that show.

Amy Duncan is the funniest mom on that channel since Tanya on That's So Raven. And she's definitely funnier than Carey from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody.

That show, in addition to every other Disney show, is the pits. However, there are some saving grace's i.e. Ivy and Bridgit's mother's character. Other than that, the show would be dead.
