From what I gather, I think it's about Sam Lufti wanting Britney's family to say that he wasn't drugging her and he wants money for "managing" her when she apparently hired him or something. I'm not entirely sure, I usually don't keep upto date on this.

How was she was supposed to know he'd turn out to be like that?
In the 'Inside The Dream' biography it says that Sam Lutfi told people that he would crush medication up in her food and give it to her as he was trying to slowly ween her into a medically induced coma so that 'doctors could heal her brain'.
