Rising pop star V. Taveras gets ready to release new single
Then there was...V is the title of rising pop star V. Taveras debut album. The album is schedule for a 2013 summer release under the Universal Music Group label. Musically, Then there was...V will draw from up-tempo and pop genres, ranging from dance-pop to electro-R&B, urban with a hint of Hip-Hop. The album is rumored to have production from American Grammy Award Nominated producer Hit-Boy (Chris Brown, Nicki Minaj, Justin Bieber, Kanye West, Jay-Z) and many others. His promo/lead single will drop on November 27, 2012.
V. Taveras Born on April 20, 1991, in the Bronx, New York, is a Dominican American, Pop, R&B singer, model and actor. He is the cousin of actress Judy Reyes best known for her portrayal of nurse Carla Espinosa on the NBC TV comedy Scrubs for eight seasons. At the age of 16 he went on to pursue a career in modeling and found himself in many print ads for Sean John. In his senior year of High School, he decided to pursue his career in modeling, music, and acting. In 2009 he appeared on MTV with MTV Tr3́s VJ Carlos Santos. In 2012 he starred as a Homeless teenager, a young teen struggles to survive on the harsh streets of New York City in the film Quicksand.
