Next week, with RED being released and Taylor Swift domination being at it's peak?
They should release it the week starting the 29th! Taylor's slayage would of died down by then from the huge debut, her songs would be starting to fall and Scream and Shout will have a better chance at hitting #1 on iTunes (especially seeing as Taylor will have pushed other competition like Kelly, Rihanna, Fun, etc... well outside the top 10)!
