I do not agree with his social issues, I despise them tbh. I believe in gay marriage, and I do believe a woman should have the right to have an abortion, within certain limits (time). but I feel a better economy is more important right now. And this nation needs a business man who has created a jobs before, its how he makes his living. We tried Obama, it hasn't worked.

So you're basing it all on the fact that you think he'll create more jobs? Hm.
And yeah, I wasn't talking about the marriage support, I was talking about his outright bullying of a person he THOUGHT was gay.
And there's other reason's he's a sexist, too.
More importantly though, he still wants to force his religious beliefs on America.

Considering that I won't be able to make a living if I don't have a job, yes.

Assuming, of course, you won't find a job if Obama's in office. Which is probably bull crap but okay.

Considering more than 20 million Americans can't find work, I don't find it that impossible.

You are aware that unemployment, overall, has decreased during Obama's term, right?

The economy is in the toilet because of Bush's policies. Within a few years he ruined Clinton's amazing job.

I'm seriously done with anyone that supports Romney on social issues. Support his economic ideas all you ****ing want but know you're voting in a man who would dehumanize millions of people and impose his religious beliefs on an entire nation.

Our country is supposed to be secular, but apparently half of this country fails to understand this. No one is telling them what to believe, yet they feel entitled to tell others what to believe. ****ing flop bitches.

I think PA, MI, OH will vote Obama. CO, VA, and NC could go for Romney.

But I still have a (little) bit of faith that Obama can win our state. It isn't like whoever gains our state is gonna win by much, anyway.

No surprise,really.
Texas has always been one of the most Conservative states in the nation. They elected Rick Perry(who believes Separation of Church/State is the devil's work) for their governor.

Obama has worked though, and will continue to work if he's able to finish what he's started with a second term.
And on the point of gay marriage, how is him wanting to make a federal law to ban gay marriage not homophobic? That means removing gay marriage from states that have already made it legal.
That is homophobia. Taking away rights from people who you dont think deserve them because you don't believe they are equal citizens.

Actually, less than half as of the last census. You just have people who dont have empathy for others who will only actually care when their OWN rights are messed with.

It's not surprising really and that sucks. If you look county by county, you can see in the big cities like Dallas and Laredo that people vote Democratic, presumably that's where the 20-30 year olds live. It's all the people is rural Texas that try to hang on. I was in San Angelo just this past weekend, and you'd shudder at the bumper stickers they have on their cars against Obama.

According to recent polls, VA and CO are virtually "tied", Romney has a slight lead in FL and NC, Obama has a slight lead in OH, NH, WI, IA, and NV. Obama is likely to win MI and PA.

It's all gonna come down to turnout. I hope Obama's ground game is rock solid. Early voting is looking good so far.
