Basing on the big AI that NeYo has, he is doing terribly in the digital area
A lot of his airplay comes from rhythmic, which doesn't often translate into sales. For example, 2 Reasons was #1 on rhythmic for a while, and was sitting around #90 on iTunes the whole time.
It's only really the pop/top 40 airplay that helps your sales significantly.

I am rooting for her, but let's be realistic. The song is lingering around 0 - with a decline the one and an increase the next day. Sure, that's better than only falling but it's still too little....
Don't Wake Me Up and Let Me Love You are both very generic, basic, and dated (even though I like both Chris and Ne-Yo). People just find songs like Some Nights, One More Night, etc. more interesting.
I'm glad that Diamonds is looking to be a pretty big hit on actual Urban radio. If it never took off on Urban radio yet still managed to rack up multiple weeks on the RnB/Hip-Hop songs, it'd seem pretty jacked up.
