So the good sis Joe took some time out to let his walls heal by going out to get a new meaningful thought-provoking & iconic tattoo...
No reasoning behind the tattoo has been confirmed...
However various 'buddies' have came forward to express their thoughts on the tattoo...

One 'buddy' even pointed out the quote "sex bracelet" referring to the very queenish black beaded bracelet that dangles ever so gracefully over his new ink.
Either way Joe seems to be in good spirits....Even his brother Nick followed in Joe's footsteps and got a new tattoo....
His tattoo is alot more easier to decode....
Over the summer Nick had a wig snatched violently from his head during a show..... causing acute alopecia....
Thankfully he and his follices are better.....
