Whatever happened to Shaggy? I haven't seen him since 2002. He did release a lot of good singles though.
As for best single releaser, I would say RHCP. They've released 3 hits so far, and have a popular song currenty out. But I have a sinking feeling that Slow Cheetah or Charlie might be the next single, and I don't think America will fall in love with those songs.
