Oh I did. Obama was very complacent for a lack of a better word; however, it just so happens to be that most of the bigger states are more liberal and more than likely Obama will win. Florida, who just so happens to have a lot of minorities as well as retired senior citizens is also leaning towards Obama. Even if he doesn't win the popular vote, the electoral college is still heavily in his favor.

I love it when people say this.
You know, virtually every election has come down to a fairly close margin, and this election will be no different.
Romney will win not because Obama did a bad job, but because Obama didn't do ANYTHING.
What little Obama has accomplished (including that pathetic excuse of universal health care ) will be completely repealed within Romney's first 6 months.
The only thing Obama will leave on American history will be his racial status. Other than that, he's another useless president

Your own hatred of Obama has nothing to do with how he will fare in the election, so virtually all of this post is irrelevant to the point you were trying to respond to. The reality is that, as of now, while Obama and Romney are still neck and neck in virtually all national polls, the electoral college is still in his favor, as I♥COCKiness (nice username by the way ) pointed out. Of course, another debate win for Romney tonight could add to his momentum, but overall he still has his work cut out for him to win the swing states and, consequently, win the election. This is especially true for Ohio, which Obama still leads by a few points in and without which no Republican candidate has ever won the election.

I never said it wouldn't be close. I'm simply saying the fact that Obama has California in the bag (55) + New York (29) + Illinois (20) + Mass (11) + RI (4) + Conn (7) + NJ (14) + Del (3) + MD (10) + D.C. (3) + OR (7) + Washington State (12) + Hawaii (4) + Vermont (3) +Maine (4).... That's 186 right there with MI (16) + WI (10) + Minn (10) + IA (6) + OH (18) + Penn (20) + NM (5) leaning towards him as well. That's another 85 right there. Which is already 271... Of course those last 7 states could swing Republican, but as of right now it stands that Obama will more than likely win the electoral college.
As of right now the electoral projections have Obama at 271 to Romney's 191. I'm simply saying the big states matter and it just so happens that CA, NY and a big portion of the Northern states are somewhat liberal.

Tonight's debate is the SECOND of three debates between Obama and Romney. The third and final Presidential Debate will be held on Monday, October 22 at 9:00pm EST.

So glad people are pointing this out.
Debates also only make a very small difference. You have to keep in mind that most people don't even watch these things - that's why it's so important for there to be a "winner" - your average American is wilfully ignorant to all forms of relevant politics and bandwagons onto popular responses (WERR R DA JURBS!? WRR R DA JURBS OBAMERRR!? DEY DERK UR DERRRRBS!)
Swing voters really are dragging this country down. The parties are so black and white that how anyone could really not understand what party they side with is beyond me. But unfortunately we must cater to these people, as they've, by some horrible twist of fate, become the most important voters in our country...
