I understand that Taylor knows that she's pop since the beginning and how people say her songs are beginning to sound the same. But even though some do, it's not similar to anyone out there. By working with the pop producers, she's created a new sound, but the pop songs make her sound like everyone else.

I don't think she sounds like everyone else at all and I appreciate her stepping out of her box to play with sounds that you would not expect from her at this point in her career. I wish she had experimented more in a country direction but I haven't heard the entire album and if not hopefully she will do that next album. I do hope she continues with the experiment of using different producers for a few songs and different cowriters. I really want another Civil Wars cowrite and for her to work with the Dixie Chicks or Shania eventually.
