Men can enjoy whatever they legally want. If they want to enjoy wearing a skirt, then go ahead. However, men in western cultures who wear skirts are also enjoying a severe deficiency in taste and fashion sense. This deficiency is so severe that one might be mistaken for a douchebag or idiot.
