I doubt it's fake. She also did some whistle notes on her ABC cover by the Jackson 5.

I've just watched it and OMG, I'm so amazed by her vocals !

It's copy and paste with auto-tune. The highest she's ever sang was like in Super head voice.
They copy and pasted Mariah's whistle,and altered the pitch.
