A very poor nation-state, obviosuly. As for those rich nation-states, I would never live in the Deep South in the US, Lappland or the far north of Scandinavia or the Southern parts of Italy

I can't at these people who sound like the last textbook they read was in 1852. The South is not bad at all. I have lived in North and South. Even Texas! People are just as normal as anywhere in the U.S..
