Did you all think it would immediately shoot up the charts upon release? This is her debut in the digital era. She is not relatively known to the majority of younger viewers, and the general public wouldn't neccesarily know of it. They know her on The Voice as a coach, but music wise her last successful album was 6 years ago. She is in a different ball game, compared to singles artists like Kesha, Rihanna and Katy Perry.

I advise you to be patient. For some parity, NMT has no UK airplay, the video was banned and no promotion whatsoever. YB is gaining great Airplay, the video is actually being played (a lot of the time as well) and she's front and center of most websites/newspapers/mags. It will definitely debut in the Top10, possible #1 (The Wanted are also released that day) and should show huge longevity.

Give it Time.
