BTW, the more I thiink about it, I think Kelly deserves to win at the CMAs. The category is best female vocal. Here is an official description:
"Female Vocalist of the Year:

This award is based on individual musical performance on records or in person. Award to artist."

I interpret this as they will consider Kelly's performance of DYWS at the Grammys AND the country track of MKIA. Based on vocal perfomacne overall, Kelly deserves the win IMO. Also, I feel like the academy must really have taken notice of her this year, which means they may really be considering her for the win in this category.
