I don't recall Bowie ever saying anything about Gaga? Iman has said something, but it wasn't negative. I think it was about their daughter being a fan?
Madonna is bothered by Gaga, but I don't think she dislikes her.
I'll go with Grace Jones. She seems the type to strongly dislike someone for the fun of it.

Well, Prince doesnt like her, most probably also David Bowie (he said that he hates when Alexandria listens to mainstream dance pop what includes Gaga and he also immediatelly denied rumors about working with her).
But I think Grace dislikes her the most.
Madonna often says that she actually likes her, she is just pissed that Gaga sampled her song and uses her own strategy to stay famous
David Bowie or his team never make public statements at all, considering he's been retired for some years now...except when there were rumors of him working with Gaga, he instantly denied them
