I think it's labeled country in iTunes due to the fact that the album will be labeled country. Big Machine is a country label and Taylor is still a core country artist. So any song that comes off that album will be tagged with the genre of the album.

Like I said upthread, if you took the T10 songs classified as country on the Hot 100 for the week Speak Now came out, Taylor would have taken half the list. Which is mighty impressive and might be repeated but I think there's no chance of her literally being the list.
