She's right. The Voice is about, well, the persons voice and their talent first. The X Factor is about the persons image and how marketable they are, and their actual talent comes after that. X Factor this season is so ridiculously scripted, at least The Voice feels real with the interactions.

I agree with her. At this point, X Factor and American Idol just seem like vehicles for the celebrity judges to make a quick million(s) reading down nobodies or starting drama with each other for ratings while their own career is on the back burner.

The X-Factor has NEVER been just about "the voice".

And the fact that we have yet to see one single "The Voice" contestant - from the US or its other versions around the world - have ANY kind of success worldwide proves that having a "powerful voice" is just not good enough.

"Good voices" can be found in every bar and restaurant you go for dinner. A STAR is a whole different story.

Then tell us ONE worldwide successful The Voice contestant. The X-Factor has produced several already, even when they didn't even win the competition.

There isnt a single star out there today that is unattractive. No one cares about your good voice if you're ugly. It's just the way the general public are these days, and you cant deny it, at all. The point of the XFactor is to find someone with the whole package. The voice is only a part of what makes these people stars. You need the look & usually the moves too.

The truth is last year, X Factor is completely ****. They don't even try to promote the contestant.
