Who is in charge of labeling it iTunes or the record label? The whole issue seems to be what iTunes will label a song under and that could get messy because if they are going to start in on Taylor then a whole lot of other people need to be called out and start relabeling their songs because they are not pure country.

You need to get a job at Her company, and be her creative advisor/stylist. You could have done wonders.

She's good about passively confirming/not elaborating/talking about stuff. There there she laughs that she'll just blame suggestive stuff on the co-writer and then when they asked her if she ever got drunk she just says "I’m not going to talk about that! Meaning you get screwed too. Plus if Scott Borchetta doesn't allow streaming then how can you guys say it's fair at all?

Well the only thing I think that isn't fair about it is the inclusion of crossover airplay and I think maybe the weightage should be much higher for airplay and lower for sales. Scott himself can decide to include streaming and its his choice. billboard made these rules and won't change them just because one label refuses to allow streaming.

Much like how Garth kept his singles from having a physical release and only being released to radio hindered his hot 100 success but helped his album sales. Scott and Taylor will have to decide whether they feel that streaming is actually important enough for her career to include it or not but that is there choice.
