Spanking is never a necessity when raising a child.

It is a form of raising one, but it isn't really ever
necessary. Children are perfectly capable of growing up to be benevolent had their parents stressed proper morals and reward good behavior with positive stimuli.
Also bullying is absolutely terrible. I always cringe a bit when the bullies that propagated the suicide never get punished by their parents or by the law. I thought bullying was outlawed with a bill? Or am I remembering wrong?
