No artist is able to avoid attention grabbing tactics if they want success, just like Justin Bieber pretending this is stolen footage, lots of people believed Part of Me was about Russell. However, Katy stated that it was an old song and that her label was the one pushing the idea that it was about Russell.
Plus, Russell was in Part of Me 3D, why shouldn't he be in the trailer
He plays a big part in the movie (not him specifically but his actions).
"endless"? She released discounted remixes for two of her singles (not counting ET because the Kanye version was the official single version), as many other artists have done. The hate that Katy and Justin get is crazy.
