Biden hammered the hell out of Ryan. We will know of the true effects of the debate tomorrow, until then its up in the air. Because it was vice presidential, not many people may have watched it.

There was no tide to turn. Obama still led after the first debate, even though Romney seemed like the more assured debater (even if he was lying and flip-flopping out of his ass). Maybe the VP debate helps widen the gap, but Romney was still behind even after the first debate.

Biden clearly won, but I don't think it'll have that much of an affect on the race.
