Like, I just don't understand. I've never seen an artist with such a POOR creative eye. Like, common people would pick that album cover as the official one to release world wide, let alone an established artist.

She's letting a FAN **** up her brand, and that's unacceptable. EVERYONE else gets a professional, EVERYONE. It's cute to allow fans to contribute to things here and there, but not something as big as an album cover.
