For me, it's the same.
I'm not shading anybody, but I've realised I put Nicki, Ke$ha, Flo and Pit all together in the same bought. Lyrically they mix fun songs with serious songs, and they do actually change their sound up a bit (though Pitbull and Flo are less-so).
To me they are The Pop-Rap Elite.
