Most, if not all, of those photos is make-up contouring of the nose which is very common with make-up artists.

Lana has had so much plastic surgery

that picture of katy is really old, as she grew up her nose changed. (i cant believe im defending her)

It's all contouring. For example, Beyonce's nose has looked that way recently as well and I could pull up photos of her younger where her nose looks smaller too, so it all depends on lighting and makeup..

The only one that looks structurally different is Lana's but then again this picture from a different angle looks more like she does now. Maybe she just had an asymmetrical nose?

Adele just looks slimmer, Britney got a minor nose job and Rihanna Beyonce got them as well, the rest I don't think so.

i hate when celebs get accused of having nose jobs... every humans nose can change and some of these noses got bigger so doubt its because they went under the knife
