Avril isn't as popular as Kelly is in The US but she's more popular than Kelly's in Canada and Asia (esspecially in Japan - the 2nd biggest market)
And I don't think Kelly is more talented than Avril. Yes, Kelly has a great voice (much better than Avril). But Avril can play instruments (such as guitar, piano, drum..) and can write her own songs (she co-writes all songs in her albums)
I love both of them. (VERY MUCH) So plz don't bring them into comparison
