I don't think so. Kelly stayed at that same place earlier this year when she went on vacation with her boyfriend and his family in Ireland. She probably rented it out for her band and crew.

I am central time in Wisconsin so it would be 9am. Texas is Central as well so its 9am as well.

I don't think it's right. Eastern Time (Boston, New York) is 3 hours ahead of Pacific Time. So if it premieres at 7AM PST, it will be 10:00 AM for Boston & New York. Central time (Texas) is one hour behind EST. So 7AM PST would be 9AM CST.
