The only similarities are strong shoulders (but they're done way differently) and the neckline (which isn't that distinct). It seems like you're just trying to find similarities. Rihanna has worn a lot of clothes, and if you're going to pick out necklines and shoulder pads from 3 years ago, then you will find similarities but that doesn't mean it's true.
