If the streaming rule had been in place last year, Pumped Up Kicks would've been number ONE the entire time it was at number three (eight weeks) and possibly even more. It was the MOST streamed song last year. Helena Beat was in the top ten too ...
When the streaming rule was put into place, Pumped Up Kicks was still in the top 20...like ...
... but it was already too late for that to count for PUK's longevity on the Hot 100 because it had already fallen off
