Radioactive as a song has much more meaning.
One could presume that We Found Love video holds some meaning, but to me it's a Skins-esque glamorization of drugs and abuse. So I also prefer Radioactive video, which doesn't touch those topics, only self-destructive relationship as in being with someone who doesn't love you.
