Doubt it. That crossed my mind in the earlier seasons but I don't think that's the case.

Me and a friend discussed this last night and what if it's Olivia (Hilary Duff)?
Maybe she was a busy actress but at the same time, it was soon after everyone left for college. Maybe GG found it hard to keep up with them from a far and decided to get closer?
Think about it... it would be great for Hilary to get back out there, she already said she's working on new music.
