So, if you're born in North London, you're more than likely to own a gun, become an alcoholic and do drugs? Why must she use Amy as an example just so she'll feel like she's achieved better than the 'average North London-born man or woman'?

Actually, it was quite true what she said. It is indeed like this that there are more drug abusers in that area. That's well known tbh. Of course she had to take care of herself to not go down that road, so I really don't see the problem in what she said.
